How to work with Order Details page

To access the "order details" page, you can start by clicking the "import" or "export" table, and then proceed to select the cell on the first column that contains your order ID. By doing so, you'll be directed to a page that displays all the relevant information about your order.

Import order. At the top left corner, you'll find the order details card where all the pertinent information regarding the order is stored. This includes the order number, type of order, and the date on which the order was created.

Additionally, you'll notice a "delete order" button.

The next card you'll see is the "Container numbers" card. This section displays the numbers of all your containers, and you'll also find a "create container" button. This button allows you to add a new container to your existing list, making it easy to manage all your containers in one place. You can have multiple containers in "import ".

As you move forward, the next card you'll encounter is the "Port Details" card. Here, you'll find all the relevant information about your port, including its name, the shipping line, the specific voyage you're on, the vessel transporting your cargo, and the estimated arrival time (ETA) of your shipment.

If you need to update the port name or set a new ETA for your shipment, you can easily do so within this card.

Moving along the import process, the next card you'll come across is the "Documents" card. This is where you can easily and securely store all the necessary files related to your order.

Within this card, you'll have the ability to drag and drop your files, allowing you to quickly upload and organize them as needed. To access and view a document, simply click the file name, and the viewer will open, allowing you to easily and conveniently view the contents of the document.

As you approach the end, the final card you'll encounter is the "Order Notes" card. This is where you can create a note specific to your order.

Whether it's a reminder about a particular detail or a special instruction for the delivery team, this feature allows you to communicate any important information related to your order.

Located in the upper right corner, you'll find a card containing information about your broker and manager. You can create a new broker or manager by clicking the "+" icon next to the respective label, entering the required details, and hitting the "submit" button.

This feature provides a straightforward and user-friendly way to manage your broker and manager information, allowing you to easily update or modify this data at any time. If you need to make changes to an existing broker or manager, simply click the pencil icon next to their name, and update the relevant information as needed.

If you need to get in touch with your manager, you can easily do so by clicking on the "Phone" label. This will provide you with their contact information, allowing you to connect with them quickly and easily.

The final card in the import process is the "Consignee" card, which contains important information about the consignee. This includes the consignee's name, phone number (including extension), email address, and physical address.

Additionally, you'll find a map at the bottom of the card, which shows the route from the port to the receiver's location. This provides you with a visual representation of the distance and routes your cargo will take from its arrival at the port to its final destination.

Finally, there is the "Notes" section where you can add any additional information or instructions related to the consignee.

Export order. The key difference between "export" and "import" is that with exports, you operate by tracking booking number instead of container numbers. Additionally, a "Booking Information" card is included on the page.

When exporting containers, it is customary to book them empty at the port. The company reserves the containers beforehand, and upon arrival at the port, the containers are pulled out and marked as "empty out".

Once the containers are loaded, they are returned to the port and marked as "full in". This allows the company to easily track the status of export containers throughout the transportation process.

Additionally, on this card, you can observe the number of containers that have been booked and the specific type of container that has been selected.
